Using arts and storytelling

as a tool for social change

We've been busy

The Bioyoutoon project has been active for close to two years now, and what a journey it’s been. Project partners have been hard at work producing resources that can help raise awareness on biodiversity conservation and inspire you to create your own stories as well.  You’ll find a list of the online resources below, feel free to visit, download, use and share!

The toolkit

The toolkit is an engaging resource that explores biodiversity, its benefits, and conservation efforts through interactive activities. Designed for both individuals and educators, it provides a comprehensive understanding of biodiversity and its protection.  It is divided into two categories customized for Youth and youth workers.

The E-manual

The e-manual is the result of extensive research encompassing a wide range of topics related to biodiversity conservation. It can work as your Practical Guide to Empowering and Engaging Young People in Environmental Conservation

The Comics

And finally, the comics!

As part of the project goals, we’ve created a series of webcomics (created by local artists) that transports readers into a world where biodiversity comes alive. Through compelling narratives, relatable characters, and thought-provoking plotlines, the stories immerse young readers into the wonders of nature and awaken their sense of responsibility as stewards of our planet.

Following months of development, we’re delighted to share the comics with you!
